Subway Metro Line in Tokyo

Transportasi masal di sekitar Tokyo termasuk maju dan beragam, bisa memilih untuk naik bis, maupun satu di antara banyak jalur subway (kereta api bawah tanah). Jalur Subway ini ada banyak, beberapa di antaranya Metro, Keikyu, JR dan Toei.
Untuk yang pertama kali ke sini, lebih baik hari pertama langsung beli tiket terusan harian, ada pilihannya yang Metro saja 800 Yen, atau Metro + Toei sekitar 1200 Yen.
Harga ini cukup murah mengingat untuk satu kali jalan dengan rute menengah saja butuh sekitar 250 Yen. Sehari jalan-jalan dari Ginza, Asakusa, Akihabara dan Shinjuku, muter-muter di situ saja bisa habis banyak kalau tidak pakai tiket terusan.

At First getting around Tokyo is pretty confusing, with all the different train network like Metro, Keikyu, JR and Toei Subway Line. But once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to navigate around the lines. Suppose you get confused, you can always ask the nice officers around at the subway stations.

For first timer, you'd be better off getting the metro one day pass, or the Metro + Toei Pass. It's about 800 Yen and 1200 Yen, upon purchasing them, you can ride all you want all day, on the said network.Which is a bargain, considering one train ride can easily costs 250 yen.

No need to worry if you can't communicate with them, just need to ask them nicely, starting with 'Sumimasen" which means excuse me, and then state the location you're heading to, like "Ginza?" and they'll point you to the right lane.

Sebisa mungkin hindari mengunakan taxi karena tarif taksi di Jepang adalah yang tertinggi di dunia. Kalau biasa di Surabaya cukup membayar Rp 25.000 untuk satu kali naik taxi di sekitar kota, di sini bisa jarak yang sama bakal butuh Rp 250.000.

It's better to avoid using Taxi if you are budget conscious, because Taxi in Japan is ranked one of the most expensive. Taxi fare around Surabaya usually costs about Rp 25.000 for a quick ride around city center. The same ride would easily tops Rp 250.000,- in Tokyo.

Gedung Kabukicho ini adalah salah satu icon di sekitar Ginza yang bisa dikunjungi, tempatnya menarik, mudah dijangkau menggunakan subway, karena di lantai bawahnya / basement merangkap stasiun subway. Pada jam dan hari tertentu tempat ini digunakan sebagai teater, tapi saat saya datang tidak ada pertunjukan, 

Saat tidak dipakai pertunjukan, gedung ini tetap dibuka dan di dalamnya terdapat beragam toko menjual souvenir, kerajinan tangan dan makanan.

Kabukicho building is one of the famous tourist attraction in Ginza which you should visit. It's easily reachable, from the subway station going up, you can exit directly at this building. This building is used as theater and there are various performance being played here, but during my stay there weren't any. During this off time the building is used by vendors selling souvenirs, art and crafts and also some interesting foods.
