There's plenty of hidden gem in Singapura culinary field. It's usually either in the outskirt of the city, or a bit secluded in hawker center.
This time I'd like to introduce you to such place, Fei Kee Chicken Claypot

This kind of dish is usually a tad on the sweet side, but here they balanced it quite nicely.
I've tried other similar dishes that seems to be too sweet for my liking, but this establishment just gets it right for my preference.
There's an option to go kosher if you'd like, and you can see from the video, not to many contact between the pork sausage and the claypot / utensils, so it's probably safe for you on kosher/ halal diet.

When I dine here, it was around 3 pm, so there's not many people eating here. Despite that, there's always people queuing for takeaways during my late lunch.
So best to prepare for a bit of queue when dining here, especially during lunch hour.
For me it's best to try this dish dining in rather than take away, you get to taste the dried crunchy rice on the sides of the claypot, which gives you a unique taste and texture to try.
