Delta Plasa, bersama dengan Tunjungan Plasa adalah dua mall modern yang sudah buka lama sejak tahun 1990 an. Sempat berganti nama menjadi Surabaya Plasa, awalnya plasa satu ini menyasar kelas menengah ke atas, namun akhir-akhir ini tempatnya sedikit berubah menjadi relatif merakyat, namun tetap nyaman.

Delta Plasa is one of the earlier modern mall that opens up in Surabaya in the 1990s, along with the pioneer, Tunjungan Plasa. At first this mall patronage was filled with middle upper clientele, and nowadays it's a bit more down to earth, albeit still very comfortable.

 Rasa masakannya di sini lumayan enak, sedap tanpa ada keluhan. Harganya pun lumayan untuk kelas mall. Tempat ini dahulu terkenal dengan ayam goreng crispynya yang diberi sambal trasi dan lalapan untuk pendamping. Untuk selera saya lebih suka dengan olahan nasi goreng dan mie goreng nya ini dibandingkan dengan menu ayam goreng mama nya yang lebih populer.

The food taste quite nice here, without any complain. The price is also quite affordable, specially for mall standards.

This place usually popular for the crispy fried chicken, accompanied with chilli sauce and Indonesian salad (Lalapan). For me, I much prefer the fried rice and fried noodle (nasi goreng and mie goreng) than the fried chicken.
