Kali ini saya ingin follow up dengan ulasan saat mencoba datang kembali bersama beberapa teman foodies.

This is a follow up to our previous post about brassery, which we summarized the experience during their soft opening event here : Brassery Event

This time, I'm revisiting the popular eatery during lunch and breakfast hours with some foodies.

Brunch & Breakfast

Menu di sini cukup dinamis, dengan banyak pilihan yang menarik dan acapkali ada pergantian menu untuk menghindari kebosanan pengunjung.

Selain rasanya cukup enak, banyak kreasi menunya yang menarik untuk difoto.

There's plenty of selection to choose here, and this restaurant occasionally revamps their menu so their clientele wont get bored with the same old dishes.

Aside from the good taste, we love their plating which makes photo taking a breeze.

Karena tempatnya buka dari pagi pk 08.00, resto ini kadang sudah terlihat ramai di pagi hari, untuk ibu-ibu hangout, atau pebisnis yang butuh tempat bertemu yang enak.

The place opens pretty early at 08.00 in the morning, so you'll find the place already quite packed in the early hours. Usually we found ladies hanging out early morning after dropping off their kids, and some business man having meetups.

Lewat pk 11.00, kalau lebih ingin mencoba menu yang lebih mantab bisa tengok foto-foto di bagian ini. Banyak menu western yang menarik dan tidak terlalu banyak beredar di Surabaya.
Walau demikian, hidangan favorit kita masih yang klasik, pilihan steaknya yang juicy.

After 11.00 PM, you'd find this richer dishes when coming here. They've got some interesting western dishes, mostly french influenced. There's some new menu that we seldom can find in other eatery around Surabaya. That being said, our favorite is still their classic steaks.

Lounge

Brassery ini tiap hari buka hingga pk 02.00, dan suasananya semakin malam semakin meriah. Kalau berkunjung di akhir minggu, biasanya ada live music atau DJ performance. Walaupun tempatnya menyediakan diri sebagai lounge, kalau di luar jam clubbing, tempatnya tidak terasa vibe dunia malamnya. Tetap nyaman dan cozy untuk makan dan hangout ala resto dan cafe kelas atas.

Brassery opens until pretty late daily, around 02.00 in the morning. It's usually really packed during weekends, where they have life music playing or DJ performance. Despite being a lounge, on the dining hours it still feel pretty much like your upscale restaurant / cafe, not having those club vibes until late in the evening.
